The Villas
The Villas is a landmark building in the heart of Hove situated on Clarendon Villas.
Our building is available for hire Monday - Friday as conference, training and meeting flexible spaces. Our main largest hirable space seats up to 150, and we have several smaller rooms with capacity for 15-50 for team meetings, workshops, classrooms as well as breakout rooms. Clarendon Spaces offers a variety of prices depending on the type of booking. If your booking is a charity, in the education sector or a small business, these rates will be different. Please enquire here.
